What you'll own:
Conduct weekly coaching and development sessions with each agent to drive continuous improvement and meet Member Services performance criteria
Monitor agent interactions with Young Living members to ensure appropriate issue resolution and compliance with company policies and procedures while providing a legendary experience
Monitor chat channel to be available for support when questions or member escalations occur
Utilize the escalation tracker to track supervisor calls/escalations as well as track as an agent coaching if necessary
Utilize phone/chat reviews, live monitors, and Power BI tools in preparation for 1:1 topics with their agents
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, rewarding behaviors and/or performance when appropriate as well as addressing performance and behavioral issues as they arise
Draft and deliver corrective action to agents as necessary
Support agents in their professional growth and development within Young Living
Maintain and update appropriate documentation for agent performance and behaviors
Provide regular updates of agent performance and behavior to Member Services Leadership
Conduct regular performance reviews with each agent
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updated policies, promotions, performance, other relevant data and to promote team unity
Responsible for approving timecards and entering time corrections for their agents for the bi-weekly payroll cycle
Regular and consistent attendance required
Experience you'll need:
Highly experienced in Microsoft Office Suites specifically: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI
Ability to learn and effectively use web-based Applications
Ability to lead a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high performance culture
