What You'll Own:
Coordinate event logistics
Assist with routing contracts and invoices associated with events
Assist with the creation, maintenance, and reconciliation of budgets for each event
Manage food and beverage concessions, products, and supplies for events
Manage weddings, reunions, school field trips, and other non-corporate events
Coordinate and manage all guided VIP tours
Coordinate and manage Draft Horse Show
Coordinate individual and/or group travel and reservations associated with events
Assist and support farm events manager and director of farm events with the Tabiona Resort
Creative writing for all event specialty shows
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently meet or exceed expectations
Experience You'll Need:
A high school education or equivalent with some exposure to advanced education or post-secondary education. Three to twelve months of similar or related experience
