What You'll Own:

  • Coordinate event logistics

  • Assist with routing contracts and invoices associated with events

  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and reconciliation of budgets for each event

  • Manage food and beverage concessions, products, and supplies for events

  • Manage weddings, reunions, school field trips, and other non-corporate events

  • Coordinate and manage all guided VIP tours

  • Coordinate and manage Draft Horse Show

  • Coordinate individual and/or group travel and reservations associated with events

  • Assist and support farm events manager and director of farm events with the Tabiona Resort

  • Creative writing for all event specialty shows

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently meet or exceed expectations

Experience You'll Need:

  • A high school education or equivalent with some exposure to advanced education or post-secondary education. Three to twelve months of similar or related experience
