What You'll Own:

  • . Operate and maintain all components that pertain to the distillation process, including high-power boilers, high-pressure water steam systems, farm machinery, and equipment
  • Maintain machinery, implements, and equipment by lubricating, adjusting, and making minor repairs
  • Manage the water recirculating system, including cleaning and repairing as needed
  • Ensure product is safely and correctly weeded, separated, loaded into cooking pots, unloaded from cooking pots, transferred into designated containers, and removed from separators
  • Ensure decanting process is completed once product is cooked and oil is extracted
  • Assist in maintaining a clean work environment, including cleaning distilling components and containers
  • Assist with Young Living events and distillery tours
  • Employee is required to collect/harvest samples from the fields
  • Required to travel up to 25 percent

Experience You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and three to twelve months of related experience
  • Heavy equipment operator and boiler certifications required.
