What You'll Own:
- Ensure that customer needs and desires are met
- Relate with head chefs, maintenance, and security managers
- Assist in maintaining inventory
- Room bookings over the phone, in person, and via the internet
- Ensure that lobby area is tidy and presentable
- Greet customers as they step into and leave the Bed and Breakfast facility
- Attend to customer complaints
- Provide helpful and inviting environment for guests
- Ensure book registration of each guest as they arrive
- Coordinate the activities of other hotel workers
- Answer questions asked by guests
- Ensure maintenance of the Bed and Breakfast facility
- Help fellow team members and other departments where necessary to maintain positive working relationships
- Work closely with Bed and Breakfast Supervisor to ensure effective operations
Experience You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years previous related experience
